Your Role:

• Build and expand your client base by actively sourcing new leads and opportunities.
• Conduct detailed consultations to understand client needs and provide tailored mortgage solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, guiding clients through the mortgage process and negotiating with lenders on their behalf.
• Collaborate with team members to share strategies and contribute to overall company growth.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and regulations through continuous professional development.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: While prior experience as a Financial or Mortgage Adviser is a plus, it’s not mandatory.
• Qualifications: Completion (or near completion) of the Level 5 V2 Qualification in Financial Services (Lending Strand).
• Background: Banking or lending experience is advantageous but not required.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, proactive mindset, and exceptional communication skills.
• Attitude: A positive, solution-focused approach to challenges.
